Shipping
and Handling Policy:
A.
Merchandise with a weight of less than 80 lb. and/or with
a Dimension Weight* less than 165 is shipped by UPS
or FedEx or DHL.
*Dimension
Weight = (2 x length) + (2 x width)
+ height
Some
merchandise may require additional handling services that
may not be available on UPS, FedEx or DHL ground services,
in such cases customer will be contacted and given the choice
of covering additional handling fees or canceling the order.
B.
If you require express shipment, please indicate this in your
order and we'll provide you with a custom shipping quote and
confirmation by email or fax whichever you prefer.
C.
Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies strives to provide our customers
the most efficient and cost-effective shipping service and
tries to balance cost and delivery time. For this reason,
products are not always shipped using a specific method. International
shipping specially can be problematic and sometimes the shipping
cost can offset the money you save by shopping with us.
D.
Some bulky/heavy items are not UPS/FedEx/DHL shippable, therefore
can only be shipped via a Freight Carrier. Additional shipping
cost may apply depending on the shipping destination and whether
other accessorial charges like arrival notification and lift-gate
delivery. Shipment dates which are referred to "Transit
Time" or "Expected Delivery Time" are best
estimates based on information provided by the freight career
and are not guaranteed and the pickup day does
not count towards the estimated Delivery Time or Transit Time.
If there is a logistics problem in shipping a heavy and/or
bulky merchandise, customers will be notified by email or
telephone and given a choice to accept additional charges,
select alternative delivery methods or cancel the order. Customer
have 48 hours to respond in selecting alternative shipping
methods they prefer or else orders will expired after 48 hours
and all payments made voided and refunded back to customer's
creditcard account.
E.
If a product is out of stock, or expected delivery to our
location has been delayed customer will be notified by email
immediately and given a choice of waiting a few more days
or canceling the order.
F.
International Orders (from outside USA) are subject to additional
shipping and handling charges depending the destination country.
International orders have to be insured for the full value
of merchandise. There will be additional charge for the cost
of insuring international shipment.
G.
If shipping and handling a merchandise to a specific destination
creates a problem that can not be efficiently and promptly
addressed by us we'll notify the customer by email and cancel
the order.
H.
Credit card purchases by overseas customers must be verified
by the issuing bank. We may require customer to sign and fax
back to us a credit card charge form.
