WARRANTY
AND RETURN POLICY:
WARRANTY
A -
We sell brand new merchandise with full manufacturer warranty.
Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies LLC is not responsible for any
warranty service or installation assistance of any merchandise
we sell.
B -
Warranty coverage on a product may be a Full Warranty
or a Limited Warranty and some warranty service requirements
may not be covered with basic warranty. Ask about warranty
and service options when you buy your merchandise.
C -
Merchandise that was delivered in good condition but failed
to operate as specificed within the warranty period including
DOA (Dead on Arrival) is handled by the manufacturer. Contact
the warranty and service department of the equipment manufacturer.
Do not return merchandise to us for warraty and service related
issues
D
- All warranty service is performed by the manufacturer
or their respective authorized warranty and service centers.
You will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty related
services. We do not perform warranty service, repair damaged
parts or send out replacement parts. Please have your receipt,
model number and serial number (if one available) of your
pool product when you call the manufacturer.
E -
We extend all manufacturer warranty as advertised by the
maker of the merchandise. In some cases customers can buy
extended warranty, contact us for detail. We do not provide
any other warranty services other than the ones provided by
the merchandise manufacturer.
F -
Warranty and service issues are handled by the customer
directly with the manufacturer. If you have difficulty getting
warranty service from the manufacturer during the warranty
period of the merchandise, you must first try to escalate
the issue in writing to the supervisory poisons of the warranty
and service department of the manufacturer. Please also record
all names of personnel you talked to and dates. We intervene
in rare cases when customer (having taken all suggested steps
above) has difficulty getting warranty service from the manufacturer,
in such cases we will launch a complaint on customer's behalf
and try to get a quick resolution.
RETURNS
All
sales are final, returns and exchanges are limited to:
I.
You were sent merchandise other than the one you ordered.
Merchandise part numbers as listed on your invoice can be
used to verify the item(s) you purchased.
II.
The merchandise sent to you was damaged by carrier and you
at the time of delivery indicated the damage to the delivery
person(s) and noted damage on delivery receipt, or refused
delivery. If merchandise was left at your door and it was
damaged or lost and no individual at the delivery address
signed for the delivery, you must contact us and/or the carrier
within two business days of receipt/loss of the merchandise
and file a damage/loss claim.
Returns
are allowed only within the first 30 days of your purchase
date as it appears on your invoice
Before
you return a merchandise make sure:
A.
Returned merchandise is accompanied by original sales
receipt.
B.
You
must call us to get Return Material Authorization (RMA) before
you return a merchandise. Merchandise that is returned without
RMA number will not be processed for return service.
C.
Merchandise must be packed in original box with ALL accompanying
materials, including packaging, manuals, plastic wrapping
etc.
D.
Merchandise must be undamaged, unused. If merchandise was
damaged in-transit you must inform the courier and file/submit
damage notification with the courier.
E.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the
merchandise and returned merchandise should be insure for
the full cost of the item(s) being returned.
Merchandise
damaged due to improper installation, misuses and improper
operation beyond the specified application of the equipment
can not be returned.
Returns
for international Orders (from outside USA) are subject to
additional procedures and take longer time to process.
