WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY:

WARRANTY
Products sold by Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies are covered by Manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. There are NO other warranties, either expressed or implied by Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies. Equipment that has been installed and failed to work properly is covered by manufacturer Warranty.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customers who cancel order after merchandise has shipped will be charged shipping costs. Customers who want to return a merchandise MUST obtain RMA (Returned Material Authorization) from us first, merchandise that is returned without RMA may be refused by us. If customer returns merchandise that was correctly processed and shipped, customer is responsible for all shipping charges including restocking fee if box was opened and contents removed. Merchandised used or installed by customer can not be returned.
Returned merchandise MUST have all items shipped including packaging. Customer must include a copy of their receipt with RMA # and attach it to the outside of the box. We'll issued appropriate credit after inspecting returned merchandise.

Orders normally ship within 2 business days except when:
- Merchandise is out-of-stock,
- There is a logistics problem in shipping a merchandise,
- We need additional information to process the order

"Standard Ground" shipping applies ONLY to continental USA. Other destinations may take up to 8 weeks.

If an order can not ship as expected, we will notify the customer by email or telephone and provide additional alternative methods to process the order or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, and may require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. If your order is canceled, you will not be billed

INCORRECT INFORMATION
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING AND CONTACT INFO. IS ACCURATE.
We use information you provided when you placed the order, If your order can not be processed and delivered because of inaccurate/missing information you'll be notified promptly and you'll be responsible for any charges incurred because of inaccurate information you provided.

Returns are allowed only within the first 30 days of your purchase date as it appears on your invoice

Before you return a merchandise make sure:

A. Returned merchandise is accompanied by original sales receipt.

B. You must call us to get Return Material Authorization (RMA) before you return a merchandise. Merchandise that is returned without RMA number will not be processed for return service.

C. Merchandise must be packed in original box with ALL accompanying materials, including packaging, manuals, plastic wrapping etc.

D. Merchandise must be undamaged, unused. If merchandise was damaged in-transit you must inform the courier and file/submit damage notification with the courier.

E. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and returned merchandise should be insure for the full cost of the item(s) being returned.

Merchandise damaged due to improper installation, misuses and improper operation beyond the specified application of the equipment can not be returned.

Returns for international Orders (from outside USA) are subject to additional procedures and take longer time to process.
